用系统动力学模型分析民办学校的发展趋势

A New Trend of Private-run Schools by System Dynamic Model

虽然当前公办学校与民办学校相比,前者还占有明显优势,它们之间的竞争态势也不显著,但随着《民办教育促进法》的出台,国家政策的大力支持,国外经验的借鉴,我国民办教育必将得到更大发展。本文就用动力系统模型来分析它们之间的竞争趋势,来看民办学校的发展,以求对广大关心教育的人们,对公办和民办教育有一个较清晰的认识。

The state-run school gains the advantage over private-run school in Chinese education system at present,however,the competitive condition that the former competes againsts the latter is not clear.Along with the legalization of private-run education,the latter will flourish under the support of the policy.This paper analyses the trend of these two kinds of schools by System Dynamic Model,hoping to make it more clear to those who concern about them.
