摘要
初步研究了螺旋藻对水溶液中Pb2+的耐受性。实验结果表明:Pb2+对螺旋藻的生长具有抑制作用,随着Pb2+浓度的增加,螺旋藻生长受到的抑制作用也越强;螺旋藻对Pb2+具有一定的耐受性;Pb2+对螺旋藻的72hEC50为11 46mg/L;同时发现螺旋藻藻液pH值随着培养时间的增长而增大。
The tolerance of spirulina to Pb^(2+) in water is studied. Experiments show that Pb^(2+) acts as an inhibitor on the growth of spirulina, as the growth of the spirulina decreases with the increasing of the concentration of Pb^(2+). Spirulina has tolerance to Pb^(2+), and the 72h EC_(50) is 11.46mg/L. It also indicates that pH of the spirulina solution increases with the culture time.
