Problems and countermeasures in the informatization of irrigation districts in China

灌区信息化是灌区现代化的基础和重要标志,是灌区可持续发展的必然要求。研究了我国灌区信息化建设的背景,分析了国内建设现状,指出我国灌区信息化建设面临着资金短缺、标准各异、接口困难、安全性差等一系列突出问题,并针对我国灌区实际,提出了相应的解决对策。

The informatization of the irrigation district is the base and important sign of modernization, as well as the necessity of sustainable development of the irrigation district. The background of the irrigation district informatization is studied, and the present situation both at home and abroad is analyzed. It is pointed out that some severe problems exist, such as the shortage of fund, the difference in standards, the difficulties of interface, and the weakness of security. Specific countermeasures and solutions are provided based on the situation of irrigation districts in China.
