高职学院辅导员职业化问题探讨

Exploration into the Professionalization of Counselor in Higher Vocational Schools

高职学院辅导员是学生思想政治工作的组织者和指导者 ,其工作绩效将直接关系到学院学生管理工作的成败。本文通过对高职学院辅导员现状及其存在弊端的分析 ,提出了高职学院辅导员职业化的构想 ,并对高职学院辅导员职业化标准的确立提出了建议。

As the organizer and instructor of student s' mental and political work , counselors' performance is closely linked with the efficiency of the overall s tudents management work. With an analysis of the current status and the existing problems in the counselors' work, this paper suggests the professionalization o f counselors and puts forward suggestions on the establishment of professionaliz ation standards.
