蓝黄胶囊对动脉粥样硬化家兔调节TXA_2与PGI_2平衡的研究

The Experimental Study of Lanhuang Capsulefor Adjusting the Balance of TXA_2 and PGI_2 in Atheroscleroic Rabbits

目的观察蓝黄胶囊对实验性动脉粥样硬化(AS)家兔TXA2与PGI2平衡的调节作用。方法采用喂养高脂饲料联合免疫损伤制备实验性AS家兔模型,观察蓝黄胶囊对血脂、血液流变性、血浆TXA2及PGI2的影响。结果蓝黄胶囊能够降低血清TC、TG、LDL及LP(a)水平,升高血清HDL含量,同时降低血液流变性及血浆TXA2水平,提高血浆6-Keto-PGF1α水平。结论蓝黄胶囊通过调整脂质代谢,降低血液流变性,减少TXA2的生成,增加血管壁PGI2生成,调节TXA2与PGI2平衡,从而起到防治AS的作用。

Objective:To observe the adjustive effect of Lanhuang Capsuleon the balance of thromboxane(TXA 2 )and prostaglandim(PGI 2 )in experimented atherosclerotic rabbits.Methods:Atherosclerotic rabbit model is established by feeding with high choles-terol diet,and a damage to rabbit imm une.To observe the effects of LanHuang Capsule on blood lipids,hemorheology,TXA 2 and PGI 2 (the levels of plasma TXB 2 and 6-Keto -PGF 1α ,resulting from TXA 2 and PGI 2 respectively).Results:Lanhuang Capsule can de-crease the levels of totals choleste rol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein(LDL),ipoprotein(a),TXA 2 and hemorheolopy,increase the levels of high densitylipoprotein(HDL)and PGI 2 .Conclusions:Through regulating blood lipids,decreasing hemorheology and TXA 2 ,increasing PGI 2 ,LanHuang Capsule is a effective medicine to adjust the balance of TXA 2 and PGI 2 .It is suggested that LanHuang Capsule can prevent and cure atherosclersis(AS ).
