调度电话通道自动监测原理及实现方法

摘要 采用成熟的计算机语音集成 (CTI,ComputerTelephonyIntegration)技术实现调度电话通道自动监测,通过监测系统自动、定时的向调度电话通道进行外拨呼出,根据反馈数据信息,依据判断规则,监测相应的调度线路的运行状况,无缝集成现有的通信监控网管系统,向相关人员告警,通知其进行故障处理,从而及时发现调度电话的故障,大大缩短了故障时间,有效地保证了调度电话的畅通。 Utilizing the mature CTI (computer telephone integration) technique to monitor the dispatch telephone communication passage automatically is discussed in this paper. By integrating seamlessly the existing communication monitor net-manage system, and by dialing out through the dispatch telephone passage from monitoring system automatically and periodically, according to feedback data information and the judge rules, the corresponding dispatching circuit is monitored. If there is fault in the dispatching telephone communication passage, the monitoring system alarms and the related personnel are notified to handle the breakdown, and then the breakdown time is greatly shorten.
