摘要
在生产线上进行了高韧性管线钢的控制轧制实验 ,通过严格控制加热、粗轧、精轧、冷却、卷取过程的温度制度 ,得到高韧性管线钢。给出了冲击韧性和落锤撕裂性能随温度变化的规律 ,这种管线钢能够满足管线设计的需要。
The controlled rolling experiment was accomplished on the product line. The high toughness pipe steel was gained by strictly controlled the temperature schedule of reheating, rough rolling, finish rolling, cooling and coiling. What variation rule of impact toughness and drop weight tear test with temperature were displayed. The high toughness of pipedesign steel could meet the requirement of pipe steel.
