摘要
根据粗轧机组自身的轧制特点 ,采用内外两层循环迭代的算法来分配粗轧机组的轧制规程。灵活地运用综合等储备负荷分配法 ,通过调整综合等储备负荷系数解决了粗轧负荷分配中存在的问题。通过实例证明该算法适合于粗轧机组。
Based on the features of rough mill, two-lever interative algorithm is used to calculate the pass schedule of rough rolling. Using the equal load function method and solving the existence problem in pass schedule of rough mill. The algorithm can be applicable to hot rough mill.
