妊娠妇女血清同型半胱氨酸及其代谢因子的测定及临床意义

Clinical study on serum homocysteine and its related facters in pregnant women

目的研究妊娠妇女血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、叶酸(FA)、维生素B12(VitB12)水平的变化及临床意义。方法检测35例正常妊娠、32例妊高征妇女以及20例正常非妊娠妇女的血清Hcy、FA、VitB12水平。结果妊娠妇女血清Hcy、FA、VitB12水平均显著低于非妊娠妇女(P<0.01)。妊高征患者血清Hcy水平显著增高,其血清FA、VitB12含量与正常妊娠妇女无显著性差异(P>0.05)。妊娠和妊高征组Hcy与血清FA、VitB12含量间均呈负相关。结论妊娠后妇女血清Hcy、FA、VitB12水平均显著降低(P<0.05-0.01),Hcy与FA、VitB12水平呈负相关;妊高征妇女血清Hcy水平显著高于正常非妊娠妇女;血清Hcy可能与妊高征的发生、发展密切相关。

Objective To study on the changes and clinical significance of serum homocysteineHcyfolic acidFAand Vitamin B12 levels in pregnant women. Methods The serum HcyFAand VitB12 levels were detected in 35 normal pregnant32 pregnant induced hypertension patients and 20 normal women. Results The serum Hcy FA and VitB12 levels in normal pregnant women were significantly lower than normal women p<0.01.The Hcy level in pregnancy induced hypertension patients increased significantly while FA  VitB12 levels show no difference compared with normal pregnant women. Correlation analysis show that serum Hcy was negatively correlated with serum FA and VitB12 level in normal pregnant group and pregnant induced hypertension group. Conclusions Serum Hcy FA VitB12 level decreased significantly in pregnant womenP<0.05-0.01. Serum Hcy was negatively correlated with FA and VitB12 level in normal pregnant group and pregnant induced hypertension group. Serum Hcy may be an important risk factor for the development of pregnant induced hypertension.
