危重新生儿的转运

Transfer of the critical neonates

目的降低新生儿的死亡率。方法通过转运系统将基层医院的危重新生儿转往我院新生儿科重症监护病房医治。结果共转运336例,死亡22例,占6.5%。结论尽早转运,保暖适当和呼吸支持是成功转运的关键。

Objective To reduce the death rate of the neonates. Methods The neonates were transferred from grass-roots hospitals to NICU in our hospital by the transfer system. Results In 336 transferred neonates 22 cases were died. Conclusions Timely transfer and keep the temperature warm properly and keep the ventilator support are the key of success.
