204例慢性肾功能衰竭患者实验室的生化检测指标结果分析

目的通过检测肾功能衰竭患者血液生化的各项指标,为临床的诊治和透析提供依据。方法采用贝克曼生化分析仪检测。结果各种因素所致肾功能损害导致慢性肾功能衰竭患者的血液生化检测指标均有不同程度的改变。结论肾功能衰竭患者的11项血液化学检测结果,BUN、Cr和BUA明显增高;血清K和P增高;CO2总量明显减低。
