395例阴道分泌物支原体培养及药敏试验结果分析

Culture and drug sensitivity test of mycoplasma from the vaginal secretion of 395 patiens

目的了解英德市地区非淋菌性尿道炎non-gonococcusurethritis(NGU)患者阴道分泌物支原体感染情况及其药敏试验结果。方法应用珠海浪峰生物技术有限公司试剂盒对395例NGU患者的阴道分泌物进行支原体培养及药敏试验结果分析。结果在395例NGU女患者当中,以30～40岁为主要感染人群。支原体阳性率为234例占59.2%,解脲支原体(ureaplasmaurealyticum,UU)为主要病原体占阳性率的76.9%,人型支原体(MycoplasmahominisMh)占阳性率的17.9%。药敏结果显示,抗菌活性较好的抗生素是美满霉素、强力霉素,其次是交沙霉素、阿歧霉素。而耐药率最高的是罗红霉素、环脂红霉,其次是环丙沙星、红霉素。结论对于解脲支原体(ureaplasmaurealyticum,UU)和人型支原体(MycoplasmahominisMh)感染临床医生应当合理选择抗生素,其中英德市地区妇科病人对美满霉素、强力霉素、交沙霉素可作为目前治疗支原体感染的首选抗生素。

Objective To investigate the infection rate and the drug-sensitivity of mycoplasma from the vaginal secretion of patients with non-gonococcus urethritis in Yingde city. Methods Data from 395 NGU patients for mycoplasma culture and sensitivity test with the reagent box of Zhuhai langteng biotechnology company limited. Results Among the 395 NGU patients those at the age from 30 to 40 years old were susceptible to mycoplasma positive rate is 234 cases 59.2 percentthe major pathogen was ureaplasma urealyticum76.9 percentthe mycoplasma hominis Mh account for 17.9 percent. The result of the drug-sensitivity test showed that the better antimicrobial activity antibiotic were Minocin、Doxycycline the next were Josanmycin and Azitromycin. However the resistance rate to clindamycin were Roxithromycin、Davercin the next were Ciprofloxacin and Erythromycin. Conclusions It is important for doctor to use antibiotics for the treatment of UU and Mh infection base on the result of durg-sensitivity test. At present Minocin、Doxycycline and Josanmycin may be used as the first antibiotics to treat mycoplasma infection in Yingde city.
