从宁波实践看,农民专业合作经济组织的发育发展,极大地促进了宁波农业的产业化、专业化、市场化和现代农业的发展,成效显著,作用重大。但也面临着许多问题和进一步发育的障碍。因此,需要扩大政府政策法律制度供给,优化发展环境,培育农村社会资本,坚持合作社社员本位原则,加强合作社自身建设,注意政府工作的科学性,从而加快宁波农民合作经济组织发育和创新。

As shown in the practice in Ningbo, the construction and development of the farmers' specialized cooperative economic organization has an evident effect and important influence in improving the agricultural industrialization, specialization, market-orientation and the development of modern agriculture. However, it also faces a lot of problems and obstacles in further development. So in order to quicken the construction and development of the farmers' cooperative economic organization, the government should supply more policies and legal systems, improve the environment for development, nurture rural social capital, adhere to the principle of cooperative community member standard, strengthen the building of the cooperative community and stress the scientific work of the government.
