技术性贸易壁垒是当今发达国家设置贸易障碍、推行贸易保护的最有效的方法之一。随着我国加入WTO和综合国力的进一步增强,进出口贸易的不断增长,发达国家运用技术性贸易壁垒来“限制”我国产品向国外市场的扩张,作为发展中国家,合理利用技术性贸易壁垒以促使本国产业发展,对我国出口贸易的正常健康发展是十分必要的。

Technical trade barrier is one of the most effective methods for contemporary advanced countries to set up trade obstacles and carry out trade protection. After China's entry to WTO and with the further strengthening of comprehensive national power, the import and export trade in our country has seen a rapid increase and developed countries attempt to 'contain' the expansion of our products to the foreign market with technical trade barrier. As a developing country, it is of great necessity to use rationally the technical trade barrier to promote the development of domestic industries and the normal and healthy development of our export trade.
