摘要
由于发展历程和背景的种种不同中、西方酒店个性化服务及管理中存在着许多差异,本文通过对这些差异现象的比较,研究和分析了中国酒店个性化服务中存在的不足,较为深度地阐明其问题的根源。
Because of different development and background, there are many differences in personalized service and management between Chinese and Western hotels. This paper compares these phenomena, analyzes the problems existing in the personalized service in the Chinese hotels and discusses the origin of the problems.
