商业信息管理系统的风险管理与质量保证

JRisk Management and Quality Assurance of Commercial Information Management System JBased on Requirement Project

软件风险和质量问题总是伴随着软件开发的全过程而存在的,软件项目规模越大,这种潜在的危机就越明显。而造成这种危机存在和爆发的首要威胁就是软件系统的需求分析的质量。针对这一现况,文中简要介绍了商业信息管理系统的需求工程,并在此基础上提出了软件项目的风险评估方法及质量保证体系,对于一般的商业信息管理系统的开发有一定的参考价值。

The risk of a software and quality problems always exist in the whole process of its development. The larger and more complex a project is, the more obvious the potential risk will be. The primary reason for the risk and its breakout is the quality of the requirement analysis for that software. This paper has briefly introduced the requirement project of a commercial information managing system, and based on this, an assessing method for risk of the project and quality certification system of the software have been proposed, which is useful to some extent in the development of general commercial information managing system.
