邓小平多党合作制度创新再认识

Further Understanding of Deng Xiaoping's Innovation in Multiparty Cooperation System

制度创新是邓小平对我国政党制度发展所做出的重要贡献,它走出了“阶级问题”的局限、完善了党内政策规范、推动了我国政党制度法律化的进程,从而增强了多党合作能力。本文从执政理念、执政基础、执政方略、执政体制、执政方式、执政资源、执政环境等七个方面进行论述,认为邓小平进行多党合作制度创新有助于党的执政能力建设,加强党的执政能力建设必须努力提高多党合作能力。

System innovation is an important contribution to the development of China's party system by Deng Xiaoping. The innovation is beyond the limitation of 'Class Problem', improves the standardization of CCP's policies, pushes forward the legalization of party system, and strengthens the multiparty cooperation ability. This paper discusses in the light of ruling thought, ruling basis, ruling strategy, ruling system, ruling method, ruling resources and ruling environment, reaching the conclusion that Deng Xiaoping's innovation in multiparty cooperation system benefits the construction of the Party's ruling ability and to strengthen the construction, efforts shall be taken to improve the multiparty cooperation ability.
