浅析高职学制改革面临的两大困境

Analysis of the Dilemma of Higher Vocational Educational System Reforming

高等职业教育学制改革面临的两大困难在于:生源质量令人堪忧,“双师型”教师难成现实。高职学制改革实质上是解决高职教育怎样定位的问题。本文强烈呼吁出台一部《高等职业教育法》,对高职性质、任务、教师资格、管理职责、举办学校等用法律形式规定下来,使高等职业教育的发展有全面的权威法规的保障。

This paper points out that the two dilemmas of the reforming of higher vocational education are the low quality of the students' resource and the lack of “bi-qualified”teachers, which lead to the high unemployment of the graduates’and the unbalance of investment and output of the higher vocational education. This paper strongly appeals to establish higher vocational education law to protect the development of higher vocational education all-round.
