摘要
人力资源战略是我国高等职业教育发展过程中面临的重大管理问题,对于高职人才的培养和高职教育的健康稳定发展有着不可忽视的重要作用。本文指出高职教育目前存在人力资源配置结构不合理、缺乏有效开发机制和有效竞争与激励机制等问题,并进一步提出了相应的对策。
Human Resources stratagem is a big management problem in the processes of higher vocational education development. This paper starts from the analyzing of importance of the human resources stratagem in higher vocational education; then points out that the unbalance of collocation of higher vocational education resources, lack of effective mechanism in the organization, and competition and motivation mechanism in management. It proposes correspondent ways to deal with these problems as well.
