摘要
高职新生入学后在生活环境、专业学习、人际交往、社会角色等方面较为普遍地存在着诸多的不适应现象。本文从个体心理的差异、家庭环境的影响、学校教育的忽视、社会评价的变化等方面进行了原因分析,并以学校为主体提出了相应的调适对策。
Higher vocational freshmen often meet with a lot of problems in living and studying environment,communicating with other people and changing of their social roles in the first term of their new study. This article analyzesthe reasons of their discomfort in view of their individual psychological difference, influence of their families, ignorance ofcollege education and changes of social evaluation. It puts forward some proposals for the management of the colleges aswell.
