摘要
串墨机构的作用力影响着胶印机的运行稳定性和印刷质量,借助坐标变换和动态静力法建立了串墨机构受力分析的数学模型,根据数值法利用Mathematica编制出各运动副反力的计算和曲线绘制程序。实例计算反映出串墨机构承受胶印机墙板的反力特点:支轴处曲柄受到墙板平面内垂直方向的反力是水平方向的10倍;支座处摆杆受到墙板平面内垂直方向的反力和法线方向的幅值近似相等,远大于支座轴向的反作用力。在换向位置构件各运动副反力和反力矩均出现突变,容易引起墙板振动,应给予重视。
Acting force on the oscillating ink mechanism for offset press influence on the press' stability and printing quality. In virtue of the component coordinates system and kinetostatic method, the dynamic model of the oscillating ink mechanism is derived. According to the numerical value method, Mathematica software is used to program the counterforce between motion pairs and the movement curve plotting. The example reflects the characteristics of the counterforce of the oscillating ink mechanism which bears from the press wallboard:The crank arm gets the counterforce in the wall plane from the wallboard at the fulcrum, the maximum value of the vertical component force is ten times of the horizontal one.The swing link gets the counterforce in the wall plane from the wallboard at the foothold, the value of the vertical component force is equal to the one perpendicular to the wall plane almost; It is easy to lead to wallboard's vibration at changing direction position, which must be paid more attention to in design.
