摘要
科技查新咨询工作是我国科技管理现代化的一项重大改革措施。自1990年国家科委科技情报司将其正式纳入科研管理的法定程序以来,无论对减少我国科研的重复和保证成果的质量、积极开发科技情报信息资源、提高情报服务质量,还是充分发挥情报的决策支持功能等,均显示了重要的作用。我室自1992年确定为全军医药卫生二级科技查新咨询单位后,在为我校及广州军区各医疗单位等进行查新服务工作中,深深体会到认真做好这一工作。
The practical experiences are summarized and suggestions aremade in this paper for improving the quality of evaluation of scientific and technological literature for application of research achievement: (1) to direct users correctly filling in the application list, and to carry out careful conversation with them; (2) to work out conscientiouly the search strategies; (3) to pay attention to the improvement of the quality of persons engaged in this work; (4) to attach importance to the standardization of its report; (5) to lay stress on the gradual perfection of the external working conditions.
