人才在经济社会发展中起着重要的作用。娄底要实现“后发赶超”的目标,必须重视人才建设及人才培养。实施娄底人才培养、“后发赶超”战略的可行性分析。
Personnel training plays an important role in the development of economy&society.In order to realize the objective of post-transcendence,much importance should be attached to personnel construction and personnel training,This essay deals with the analysis of feasibility of Loudi’s personnel training and post-transcendence.
