本文试图探讨医学模式转变对医学图书分类法的影响,目的是对《中图法》（第三版）的改编提出一些意见,以起抛砖引玉作用。 一、医学模式的转变及意义 最早的医学模式只是根据现在的理解和分析予以的追忆性命名,它实际上只是唯心的巫医模式和朴素的整体医学模式。15世纪后半期,西欧掀起的“文艺复兴”的思想解放运动。
Modern medical model has transformed to psychosociobiomedical model. We should lay stress on the effect of social conditions and psychological activities on human physiology and pathology, and pay attention to the changes in the Medical Book Classification due to the transformation of medical model. In order to meet the needs of the development of modern medicine, a large number of categories have been added to the Chinese Book Classification (3rd ed.). Medical information as a category should also be added to satisfy the cataloging of books and prolong the service time of the 3rd edition of the Chinese Book Classification.
