目前高校后勤社会化存在的观念和体制、制度等方面的问题制约着改革的进一步深化。为此必须通过更新观念,扫除思想障碍;出台相关政策,提供有力支持;改革体制,建立现代企业制度使高校的后勤改革实现真正意义上的社会化。

Problems existed in the logistics socialization such as ideas, systems, etc. restrict the further development of the reform. Therefore, we must emancipate our mind, change our ideas and lay down relevant policies to give it strong supports; we must reform the system to build modern enterprise system to reach the real goal of logistics socialization at colleges and universities.
