摘要
一、医学文献是医务人员的主要情报源 医学文献约占当今科技文献总量的20％～25％,为医务人员提供了继承与借鉴的无比浩瀚的智慧资源。如笔者统计了我校1992年学报69篇论著的引文共536篇,平均每篇论文引文约7.8篇,提示不论基础医学或临床医学的研究都离不开医学文献;又如侯建华等对86名医务人员进行调查,医师在做出诊疗计划和解决疑难病症时,80.2％以上靠查阅专业图书,66.3％以上查阅期刊,57％以上使用平时阅读医学文献的记录,38.3％以上请教同行,进一步证实医学文献是医务人员的主要情报源。
Following points are discussed in this paper: (1) Medical literature is the major medical information source; (2)The amount of medical information has been increasing rapidly. Medical literature retrieval is the principal way to get medical information rapidly and accurately; (3) The causes of why literature retrieval is still not very popular were analysed though it has been emphasized since the beginning of 1980s; (4)Improving the capabilities of medical staff to get medical information is an important way for them to obtain special medical knowledge; (5)Proposals were offered for medical literature retrieval course in hospitals.
