摘要
该文指出,在高等学校图书馆,聘用离退休的专家开发期刊文献是一种有效的方法,他们在外语、专业知识和情报的需求方面有自己的优势,文章对聘用的三种形式和一些应注意解决的问题进行了讨论。
It is pointed out in this paper that it is an effective method to employ retired experts and professors for the Exploitation of periodical literature in college and university libraries because they have their advantages in foreign languages, professional knowledge, and information needs of readers. Three types of employment and some problems we should pay attention to are also discussed.
