摘要
本文论述了系统、分工和经济原理在图书馆的运用。系统原理体现在业务组织、规划计划、文献服务系统中;分工原理用于馆领导分工协作、各部门职责明确、完善规章制度等;经济原理表现在管好用好经费、奖罚分明、努力创收等。还应有德育、心理学和量化等原理,馆长应有现代管理与馆长职责等几个经纬。
In this paper, the application of systematic, divisional and economical principles is scussed. Systematic principle is embodied in work organization, plan and literature service; visional principle is used in dividing the work and cooperation among library heads, and in deling the responsibilities of departments, perfecting the rules and regulations; economical princi-e is observed in well- organization and rational use of fund, clear attitude about what shoule be ized and what should be punished. The author considers that there should be ethical, psycholog-al and quantitative principle. Library directors should have an all-round consideration about odern management and then duties.
