国企改革的思路要超越左右翼

SOE Reform Beyond Leftist and Rightist Approaches

本文认为国企改革的思路要超越左右翼,改革开放26年来关于国企改革已形成若干共识,应结合新形势确立讨论的底线,避免无谓争论;应坚决制止权力主导,以改革名义瓜分国有资产,应叫停MBO;争取公开化和民主法制程序才是真正的改革。

The present text argues that the approaches for SOE reform should be beyond both the leftish and rightist approaches and avoid meaningless quarrels on the grounds where there is a consensus. Administrative power-led embezzlement of state assets should be stopped and MBO suspended. Transparency and democratic procedure for the handling of the state assets are genuine reforms.
