德国国有企业私有化是为了建设社会市场经济的基础,无论是西德还是东德都必须遵循这一基本原则;国有企业私有化是一个长期过程,必须在公开的法律程序下公平实施,有专门机构指导监督,对不同规模的企业和不同形式的资产应采取不同的方法,这些经验值得我国国企改革借鉴。

The privatization of state enterprises in Germany is to the purpose of consolidating of the social market economy and the privatization is a long process under transparent legal framework and administered in a just way supervised under specialized agencies. Enterprises in different sizes and different forms are handled by different approaches. These are of revelation to China in the SOE reform.
