大学生职业素质发展中存在的问题与对策——以天津工程师范学院为个案

Existing problems and countermeasure in developing university students’ career quality

大学生在职业素质发展中,主要存在对自己所学专业、即将从事或可能从事的职业缺乏了解,对自己认识不足,以及在进行职业准备等方面缺乏认识等问题。大学生对未来的职业发展方向与职业目标不明确,造成学习动力不足。提出高等学校必须转变指导观念,变就业指导为职业指导;突出职业指导的教育功能,促进学生全面发展;实行全程和多样化的职业指导;建立健全职业指导组织和管理体制,以保证指导工作的有效性。

In the development of career quality, university students have little understanding about their speciality, their future career and preparation of vocation, and so on. University students are uncerfain of the tendency and objective of future career, which causes the lack of students’ learning motivation. In this paper, the idea that vocational direction should be changed to career guidance in university and college education is proposed. University education should pay more attention to the educational function of career guidance. The full-scale and diverse vocational direction should be carried out. An organization and managerial system of vocational direction are set up and improved to guarantee the effectiveness of directional work.
