摘要
目的 测定肺气虚证模型大鼠血清血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF -α)的水平,探讨VEGF、TNF -α在COPD发病中的意义。方法采用酶联吸附试验(ELISA)方法,测定两组大鼠血清VEGF、TNF -α水平。结果模型组大鼠血清VEGF水平与正常组比较显著性降低,模型组血清TNF -α水平较正常组显著升高。结论VEGF、TNF -α可能参与了肺气虚肺血管的改变,在肺气虚的发病机制中可能有重要意义。
Objective To detect the probable role VEGF and TNF-α in model rat pulmonary Qi deficiency, and then to purse a new way to treat it. The contents of VEGF and TNF-α in serum of two groups were measured by ELISA . The level of VEGF in serum of rats model group were significantly lower than those in normal group; the level of TNF-α in serum of model group significantly higher than in normal group. [Coclusions]VEGF and TNF-α might involve in the pathology of pulmonary qi deficiency and participated the change of lung vessels.
