摘要
通过摇瓶培养实验,对茯苓生长曲线进行了初步摸索,并进一步对茯苓液体发酵的最适培养基和培养条件进行了初步探讨。茯苓液体发酵的最适发酵培养基为:葡萄糖30g ,酵母浸膏3 9g ,蛋白胨5 1g ,K2 HPO4 1g ,MgSO4 7H2 O 0 5g ,水1L。茯苓液体发酵的最适培养条件为:培养温度2 6℃,摇瓶装量6 0mL(2 5 0mL三角瓶) ,转速15 0r/min ,培养基初始pH值5 5 ,液体菌种菌龄2天,液体菌种接种量6 % ,摇瓶培养时间7天。
The growth line of Poria was studied in this paper. It was also discussed how different fermentation conditions influenced the production of Poria. The optimum cultivation medium were as follows: 3% glucose,0.39% yeast extract,0.51% tryptone ,0.1% K 2HPO 4 ,MgSO 4.7H 2O 0.05%. The optimum cultivation conditions were as follows: initial pH5.5,liquid strain year old 2 days, liquid strain quantity of inoculation 6%,rotation speed 150 r/min,60 mL medium/ 250 mL Erlenmeyer flask at 26℃ for 7 days.
