Rational consideration on vocation al education management in our country

高职教育是高等教育的新类型,它起步晚,发展快,是适应知识经济发展、适合我国国情的一种新的教育形式。但高职院校在迅速发展过程中也出现一些问题,就教育体制、培养目标、专业和课程设置、教学方法和手段、教材和师资等五个方面谈如何搞好高职院校的教育管理工作。

Vocational education is a new type of higher education.It appears late but develops quickly.It is a new kind of education al form,which is suited to the knowle dge economic development and our national conditions.But there exists some problems in the process of quick development.This article expounds how to improve the v ocational education management fro m 5aspects:educational system,fostering aim,profession a nd curriculum,teaching method,teaching material and teaching staff.
