摘要
针对机器视觉中PCB(PrintedCircuitBoard,印刷电路板)矩形Mark的检测,提出一种“虚拟匹配”的快速检测方法。根据模板匹配的思想,引入一个“虚拟模板”,通过将虚拟模板内所有像素灰度值的累加和作为是否匹配的衡量标准来进行矩形Mark的检测。借助于粗细搜索的模板移动策略,使得检测过程速度快、精度高、抗噪能力强、对图像缩放可调、对检测图像旋转和光线亮度变化等不敏感,在实际应用中取得了满意的检测效果。
An method using ″Virtual Matching″ is proposed for detection of PCB Rectangle Mark in industrial vision inspection. Based on the idea of template matching, a ″Dummy Template ″ is introduced. The gray levels of all pixels masked by dummy template are accumulated and the maximum of all results in the search region of the image is considered as the matched one. The rough and precise search strategy is used to accelerate the search speed and enhance matching precision. Experiments on simulated and real images have done and results show that it has gained better performance, such as higher precision, faster speed, robust ability of anti-noise, non-sensitive to image zoom, image rotation and the luminance change etc.
