摘要
详细描述了电压控制LC振荡器的设计思路、实现方法及指标测试。采用西勒振荡器作为振荡器的主体部分,通过改变变容二极管两端的电压来调节振荡器输出频率,实现输出频率在15MHz~35MHz范围内可变;采用集成锁相环芯片MC145152来提高振荡器输出频率的稳定度,使其达到10-5;通过AT89C51改变锁相环的分频比,实现频率步进为100kHz/1MHz的两种工作模式,并实时显示。
This paper completely describes the method to design voltage-controlled LC oscillator and its performance test.The Xiler oscillator is the main part of system oscillator,we adjust the output frequency of oscillator by changing the voltage of capacitor variable diode and make the output frequency fluctuates between 15 MHz and 35 MHz,we apply integrated chip MC145152 of phase-locker to improve the stability of output frequency and make its precision achieves 11000,we change the frequency ratio of phase-locker using AT89C51 to perform two frequency modes 100kHz1MHz and display it real-timely.
