摘要
以丙烯酸系单体和环氧树脂为原料、OP和十二烷基硫酸钠为乳化剂、K2S2O8为引发剂、N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺(NMA)和甲基丙烯酸为交联剂,采用乳液聚合,在(82±1)℃和变速搅拌下,合成了自交联型可低温固化的静电植绒胶。应用该胶静电植绒时,在80℃的烘干条件下,仅需5min即可固化。由该胶所制得的植绒产品干磨4000次不见底;湿磨1300次不见底;柔软度3.8cm。
The experiment is conducted by using monomer mixture of the series of acrylate and epoxy resin as raw materials, OP and sodium lauryl sulfate as emulsifiers, potassium persulphate as initiator, N-hydroxymethylacrylamide and methylacrylic acid as cross-linking agent. It utilizes the method of emulsion polymerization to synthesize electrostatic flocking adhesive of self-crosslinking and low-temperature solidification for the first time under the condition of 82±1℃ and speed-change stirring. When this kind of adhesive is used to flock electrostatically,it can be solidified only in five minutes in the stoving temperature of 80℃. The background of its flocking products is invisible by dry-grinding for 4000 times and wet-grinding for 1300 times. The soft degree of its product is 3.8cm.
