蚌科两种蚌钩介幼虫形态的比较观察

A comparative observation on glochidial morphology of two unionid species(unionidae)

应用光镜和扫描电镜对三角帆蚌、褶纹冠蚌的钩介幼虫进行了观察。结果表明,两种蚌的钩介幼虫均为有钩型,但钩介幼虫的形状、大小、壳钩的长短、大棘刺的排列方式、壳表面的壳饰等在不同种间存在一定差异。另外,生活在不同区域的同一种蚌类,其钩介幼虫的形态结构也具有明显差异。

Glochidial morphology of two unionid species,Hyriopsis cumingii(Lea)and Cristaria plicata(Leach),was observed with optical and scanning electron microscope.The results showed that the glochidia of two unionid species were all hooked,but could be distinguished from each other by the glochidial shape,size,hook,means of large spine arrangement,shell sculpture,et al.Moreover,the differences in glochidia were also obvious for the same species in different regions.
