内皮前体细胞的分离与培养

摘要 骨髓、外周血和脐血中包含内皮前体细胞,具有分化为成熟内皮细胞的能力,在血管新生和血管修复中起到功能性重要作用,因此,内皮前体细胞的分离与体外培养对于血管疾病的治疗具有重要的意义。本文主要论述了内皮前体细胞的分离、培养、鉴定以及在血管生成治疗中的作用。 EPCs may derive from bone marrow,peripheral blood and umbilical cord blood.They have the capacity to differentiate into mature Ecs and can contribute to neovascularization and vascular repair.Therefore,it is vital for the isolation and expansion in vitro to cure the vacular disease.This review demonstrates the isolation,culture and identification of EPCs and the function in the therapeutic angiogenesis.
