摘要
目的为肾丛、主动脉肾节的研究提供形态学基础。方法对75具成人尸体标本主动脉肾节的位置、形状、长度、宽度和厚度进行解剖观测,并追踪终于和发出此节的纤维。结果主动脉肾节位于腹腔神经节的下方,肾动脉附近,根据其形态分为椭圆形、长条形、星形、圆形和三角形;其长度为6. 89±2. 35mm,宽度为3. 24±0. 94mm,厚度为1. 29±0. 64mm。此节发出纤维参与组成肾丛、腹主动脉丛和睾丸(卵巢)丛。
Objective To supply the morphological basis for the research of renal plexus and aorticorenal ganglia. Method The anatomic observation of the location, shape, length, width and thickness of the aorticorenal ganglia was performed on 75 adult specimens. The experiment traced the fibre which stopped and started from the ganglia. Result The aorticorenal ganglia is located in the lower part of celiac ganglia, next to the renal artery. According to its morphology, it can be classified as oval, long stripe, star, circular and triangular; its length is 6.89+2.35rmn, width is 3.24±0.94mm, thickness is 1.29+0.64mm. The fibre started from the ganglia formed part of the renal plexus, abdominal aortic plexus and testicular plexus.
