乳导管造影对导管内乳头状瘤的诊断价值

The value of Selective Ductography for the Diagnosis of Intraductal Papilloma

目的评价选择性乳导管造影在诊断导管内乳头状瘤中的应用价值。方法分析40例经手术病理证实的导管内乳头状瘤的临床、x线表现与病理。结果临床症状均表现为乳头溢液。6例平片表现为乳晕下区肿块;乳导管造影片中37例表现为充盈缺损, 3例导管完全阻塞、中断, 39例导管不同形态及程度扩张。结论选择性乳导管造影对导管内乳头状瘤的诊断有重要价值,为临床提供可靠的诊断治疗依据。

Objective To evaluate the application of selective ductography for the diagnosis of intradutal papilloma. Methods The Clinical,x-ray and pathology findings of 40 cases of intraductal papilloma confirmed by surgicopathology were analyzed. Results Nipple discharge was found in all cases, mass under areolamammae in 6 cases on x_ray plain film, filling defect was found in 37 cases,ductal interruption completely was found in 3 cases, ductal ectasia with different figure and degree in 39 cases. Conclusion Selectiva ductography have important value for diagnosis of intraductal papilloma, So it has Significance in evaluating the intraductal papilloma.
