摘要
目的将案例教学法应用于《护理学基础》理论课教学,探讨其教学效果。方法在护理大专学生《护理学基础》理论课教学中,运用案例教学法和接受式教学法,比较学生对两种教学法的满意度。结果两种教学法在激发学生的学习兴趣,提高学生解决问题的能力,培养学生创新性思维、团队协助精神,理论知识的系统性方面比较,差异有显著意义(均P<0.01)。结论案例教学法能激发学生的学习兴趣,提高学生解决问题的能力,培养学生创新性思维、团队协助精神;接受式教学法在理论知识的系统性增强方面学生满意度高。
Objective To apply the Case Teaching Method to the theories teaching of the Basic Nursing Teaching and explore its teaching effects .Methods Duriing the period of the theories teaching of the Basic Nursing Teaching in our college students, the Case Teaching Method and the Accepted Teaching Method were applied and the satisfaction was compared. Results There were significant differences between the two teaching methods (all P<0.01), in arousing the students’ learning interests,improving the students’ capability to solve problems, training the students’ innovation thoughts and cooperating spirits with others in a certain group, systematization of therories knowledge. Conclusion Case Teaching Method can arouse students’ learning interests, improve the students’ capability of solving problems, train students’ innovation thoughts and cooperating spirits. By Accepted Teaching Method, the systeratization of therories knowledge is improoed in the students.
