循证护理提高PTCA术后老年患者舒适的应用研究

Evidence Based Nursing on the Comfort of Elder Patients After PTCA

目的探讨运用循证护理方案护理经皮穿刺冠状动脉腔内成形术(PTCA)术后老年患者的舒适效果。方法将67例PTCA术后老年患者随机分为两组,观察组35例采用循证护理方案进行护理,对照组32例采用常规护理。结果观察组术后8 h腰背疼痛评分,入睡困难、排尿困难、腹胀发生率显著低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论运用循证护理,可提高PTCA术后患者的舒适度,提高护理服务质量。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of evidence based recovery program for elder patients after PTCA. Methods Sixty-seven cases of PTCA were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group was cared with evidence based nursing pattern, while the control group with routine nursing care. Results With the evidence based nursing pattern, the comfort of elderly patients was improved significantly as compared with the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Evidence based nursing can improve the comfort of patients after PTCA and guarantee the nursing quality.
