1359例子宫肌瘤的手术分析

Analysis of operating type for 1 359 myomas

目的探讨子宫肌瘤手术方式的选择。方法回顾性分析2000年1月￣2003年12月间1359例子宫肌瘤手术方式和各组患者年龄、术后住院日、住院总费用、药物费用。结果1359例病例手术中腹腔镜手术占25.90%、开腹手术占63.20%、宫腔镜手术占10.89%。腹腔镜手术比例从2000年的14.89%上升到2003年的33.64%,开腹手术从2000年的73.40%下降到2003年的55.84%。肌瘤剥除术和次全子宫切除术采用腹腔镜手术,其术后住院日、住院总费用、药物费用与开腹术相比,均差异显著。结论子宫肌瘤手术有多种术式选择,采用妇科内镜手术是一种较好的选择。

To determind the change of the operating type for myomas. Retrospcect analysis the operating type, the day staying hospital after operating, the total cost and the drug cost for the 1359 myomas form 2000, 1 to 2003, 12. Of the 1359 cases, 25.90% operating was done by laparoscopy, 63.20% was by laparotomy and 10.89% was by hysteroscopy. The difference of the day staing hospital after operating, the total cost and the drug cost between the myomectomy by laparoscopy and by laparotomy was significant, also between the subtotal hysterectomy by laprascopy and by lapratomy. [Conclusions] Gynecological endoscopic operating is the good choice for the myomas.
