近年来,腹腔镜技术在世界范围内得到迅速推广和应用。随着这门技术的发展,人们开始关注腹腔镜手术对机体免疫功能的影响。该文复习国内外有关文献,对近年来腹腔镜手术对机体免疫功能影响的研究作一综述。

In recent years,laparoscopic surgery has been developing rapidly in the world. At the same time, more and more attention has been paid to the effect of laparoscopic surgery on immune function. A review of the published literature of the immune responses to laparoscopy was perfomed in this paper.
