摘要
在对轴承磨损机理、化学磨合理论及其磨合材料进行研究和分析的基础上 ,提出利用机械磨削与化学磨合相结合的方法 ,对振动值未达标的成品轴承进行混合磨合处理 ,可在较短的时间内有效改善滚道和滚动体的表面形貌 ,使轴承振动值降低 2~ 5dB 。
On the base of study and analysis on wear mechanism and chemical lapping and lapping material of the bearing,the complex lapping treatment for the finished bearings which vibration are not reach standard value has been made by using combination method of the mechanical grinding and chemical lapping,this method can effectively improve surface appearance of raceways and rolling elements,and make the vibration value of the bearing to decrease 2~5 dB in short time,the qualified rate of the bearing is increased.
