摘要
现场实测分析表明,在放煤过程中,四柱支撑掩护式放顶煤液压支架的承载具有动态变化特征,后柱阻力普遍小于前柱阻力,甚至有相当比例的阻力降为零,支护强度降低,致使支架不能充分发挥其有效支护作用。表明高强度支架并不一定是高可靠性支架。分析了放顶煤支架产生这种动态承载特征的原因,提出了提高综放支架可靠性的方法。
In the course of drawing,it can be learned from field measure that the bearing of the four leg chock-shield top coal caving hydraulic support has dynamic movemont characters, the working pressure of rear legs are less than that of front legs even quite a few drop to zero. The support intensity is dropping. All of these results in the function of support can't completely exert. It is clearly explained that the supports with ' high working pressure' are not completely the supports with high reliability. The paper analyzes the cause of dynamic bearing characters and points out the way of improving support reliability.
