Based on the analysis of characters of our engineering investment business, the potential and preponderance of our engineering consulting company transforming project management enterprise are pointed according to the Project Management Process Maturity value standard of foreign company, some problems and qualification identifying, strategies are also presented, it hopes that this can have an active promotion to our engineering project management development.
