The inherent demand of airport planning and the functional characteristic of GIS cause the series of GIS technology can apply critical process in airport planning. Analyzing the function of GIS applied in airport planning, establishing the model which can achieve the given function, avoiding the potential problem, we'll make an applied and effective airport planning GIS.
