利用PCR方法检测转基因大豆加工食品中的修饰基因 被引量:6

摘要 市场上的转基因产品以及深加工产品越来越多,其安全性引起全世界的极大争论,很多国家的检验检疫机构相继开展了转基因产品的检测工作。本文以转基因大豆类食品为材料,以聚合酶链式反应(PCR)方法为基础,选择适用于转基因食品安全性检验的核酸检测技术,针对抗除草剂Round up Ready(RR)大豆的插入基因进行PCR检测,建立适合转基因大豆类食品的检测方法。该方法简便快速、检测结果与标准及其他文献资料相符。 Recently, numerous advances have been made in the development of the genetically modified organisms (GMOs) as food. The world general public, however, has shown anxiety over this new technology. Pressure from consumer groups and public demand has demand has led several countries to require labeling for the presence of GMOs in foods. Nucleotide-based amplification method is an important system for the identification of genomic modified foods(GMF).Roundup Ready Soybeans was used as material to search for the feasibility of investigating the safety of GMF by PCR method. The discrimination system for GM soybeans from the counterpart of non-GM products and the detection system for correlating marker genes and transgenic are established. The method was easy and fast, and the corresponding results fixed the standard or declared data.
